- Pringles – One of my personal favorites in terms of design. It’s simple, elegant and yet effective.
- Mari Smith‘s landing page has a personal feel to it. Not only does she have a “welcome letter”, there’s also a video welcoming us. Superb!
- Malibu Rum is the third alcoholic beverage to feature on this list and deservedly. Engaging content and beautiful design are the keywords.
- Ecycler features a call-to-action, mission description, good design, list of reasons to recycle and a descriptive video. Check-mate!
- Marcus Theatres- while they don’t have engaging content on their landing page, they do give whoever has landed on their page a clear overview of what there is to gain from liking their page.
- Swag Bucks is another one of my favorites. They have a lot of content on their landing page in order to explain what they’re all about – videos, games, even a poll. Definite beauty!
- ASB Bank is a virtual Bank branch on Facebook. Users can watch an introduction video explaining their services. Moreover, users can get in touch with customer service straight from the welcoming page. It’s a shame they were closed though!
- LuxMobile Group has a built-in eCommerce application on their landing page where you can buy iPhone and Ipad accessories. They are also running an exclusive Lady Gaga mobile accessories (I know, right) give-away for their Facebook fans.
- VeeV Açaí Spirit - Great design. They have a variety of cocktail recipes, which users can like, on their landing page. Users can also show how they veev by posting photos and get a free Perfect Pour Pitcher. Make sure you follow their check list!

Mark, I also noticed that your current landing page doesn’t have a secure SSL certificate attatched to it which is required by Facebook. Since October 1st FB isn’t displaying unsecure landing pages.
How to fix this: either your landing page isn’t hosted on a SSL certificate server (which means you will have to buy a certificate) or you haven’t added an “s” after “http” on the application dashboard.
May you like this page too and add it in the overview.

How do you go about creating one of these landing pages? Is it an AP? I can do the graphic design no problem, but don’t have a clue how to implement it into Facebook.
@JB we host our Welcome page on PHP hosting — it contains script to detect if user ‘likes’ us or not when pulled within Facebook.
To show up within a Facebook page, you’ll need to create a Facebook App (https://developers.facebook.com/apps/) and point canvas/site URLs there.

I have read SO many articles on social media, bookmarked countless numbers of pages, and have used up reams of paper, as well as lots & lots of ink, printing out my findings.
Then, I found DreamGrow!
Now I can happily delete all the bookmarks and use all the money I save on printing to go on a much needed vacation.

I love these, but I wonder if FB users will balk at something too different than the facebook norm. this seemed to happen with MySpace.
