94% of Fortune 500 marketers surveyed cite the ability to adapt quickly to change as the most critical success enabler in social media. This is followed by Having a clear champion/owner of social media program (93%), Clearly communicated support from executive management (90%), education on what can be achieved through social media (90%), and a culture that encourages experimentation (88%).
