When to Tweet, Email, and Post on Facebook?

timesci When to Tweet, Email, and Post on Facebook?Yesterday I watched Dan Zarrella’s webinar about The Science of Timing. Well, you have to do it, too. This is one of the most enlightening hours in the last few months. I think every social media marketer has something to gain from this material.

I spent several hours after watching this presentation fixing my publication schedules and newsletter settings. It doesn’t matter if you are an one man band or large corporation, you will get some great insights for your marketing out of this.

  • When should you be sending your emails
  • When is the best time to publish blog posts
  • How frequently should you update your Facebook status
  • When is the best time to post new tweets

Thanks Dan!

Interesting stuff, many things are correct for sure.

But I’d doubt number of things. E.g. most of e-mails are opened between 5am – 7am? Not in Estonia, I’d think. So, it vastly depends on the nature of target audience.

How come blogs are viewed in mornings, but tweets are not done in mornings?
